Proposed Changes to Ethereum's Structure
The plan suggests a replacement of older cryptographic methods, such as BLS, KZG, and ECDSA, with post-quantum cryptography. Additionally, it proposes using STARK-based verification to achieve an impressive 100TB scalable state by 2030.
